Job Description
This roles core responsibility is supporting campaign operations ensuring QA compliance.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
QA:
· Listen to call recordings ensuring all lead and sale criteria is met and compliant on every lead/sale.
· Ensure data accuracy and all data is uploaded in a timely manner – in the correct format - first time.
· Ensure all agreed deadlines are met for completing QA queues in time each day.
· Pass structured feedback of findings to the QA supervisor and campaign team members as and when appropriate / instructed and in the agreed manner.
· Complete all required QA web forms and documentation– without errors or missing information.
· Prepare and deliver daily lead reports.
· Publish lead/sale/data exports in the agreed format.
· Process the sale correctly when adding onto the customer's account.
· Correct errors in spelling and grammar before approving.
· Reviewing customer complaints
· Providing feedback to individuals
· Assisting with training where necessary
