ASAP Start! Looking for a fast‑paced coordination role where no two days are the same? This is a hands‑on opportunity to support the delivery of live and recorded productions, working closely with operations, crew, and suppliers to keep everything running smoothly.
The Role
As a Production Coordinator, you'll provide crucial behind‑the‑scenes support across multiple productions. From organising crew logistics to raising purchase orders and supporting planning documentation, you'll be right at the centre of production operations.
This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail‑driven and eager to gain experience in broadcast, media or live events.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate third‑party suppliers and freelance crew bookings
Raise and process purchase orders accurately and on time
Support crew travel and accommodation arrangements (UK & international)
Assist with production planning, accreditation and compliance paperwork
Maintain up‑to‑date crew, supplier and production data
Provide general coordination and administrative support to live projects
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an admin, coordination or operations role
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident written and verbal communication
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Able to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment
A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset
Interest in broadcast, events or production is a strong advantage
