Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a growing team in Glasgow. It’s a full 360 outbound role where you’ll own the process from first contact through to close.
If you’re commercially minded, proactive, and serious about building a sales career, this is a strong move.
What you’ll be doing
* Building and managing your own outbound pipeline via cold calls, email, LinkedIn and content
* Running tailored demos for SME and enterprise prospects
* Closing deals and managing your own sales targets
* Keeping your pipeline organised and accurate in the CRM
* Working closely with marketing to align messaging and content
What we’re looking for
* 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or professional services
* Confident cold caller with strong outbound and social selling skills
* Comfortable running demos and presenting to senior stakeholders
* Self-starter with ambition, energy and personal accountability
* Based near Glasgow and happy to be in the office three days a week
