The Best Connection is currently recruiting for Night Production Operatives on behalf of our well-established distribution client based in Wolverhampton.
Immediate start available.
Pay rate range from £16.63 to £17.82 per hour dependent on role
Working hours 23:00pm - 06:00am
Weekend flexibility is required.
Key Responsibilities:
* * Set up and operate machines safely and efficiently.
* Monitor quality.
* Assist with finishing steps as required.
* Follow production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in print area.
* Adhere to health & safety regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail.
* Good problem-solving skills, ability to spot and correct issues before they escalate.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions independently.
* Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced distribution environment
* Flexibility to support weekend operations when needed
