Job Summary
We are recruiting for our manufacturing facility and are looking for a Manufacturing Operator II to become part of our growing team! The Operator II is responsible for the manufacture of cell culture media and reagents. Working in a specific department, you will prepare, formulate, or package products according to customer requirements, following safety, quality, and service standards.

Will work with hazardous/toxic materials.
Work Schedule
Flex Shifts 40 hrs/wk, including back, early, and night shifts, rotating weekly.
Location/Division Specific Information
Working as part of our Inchinnan team supports both the Bioscience (BID) and Bioproduction (BPG) divisions, developing solutions for manufacturing and research, serving global clients in biotech and pharma industries.
Impact and Responsibilities
Produce essential consumables for the pharma, biotech, and research industries, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Daily Tasks
* Start with a briefing and planning.
* Set up and calibrate equipment.
* Execute batch manufacturing following specifications.
* Monitor processes and conduct quality tests.
* Record activities and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Follow safety protocols and collaborate across departments.
* Review and report end-of-day activities.
Qualifications
Must have a National 5 or better in Math, English, and at least one science subject, or relevant work experience. Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, operations, or lab setting; cGMP experience preferred.
Communication and Working Conditions
Interact with all Cell Culture employees and other departments, including during site visits. Work in a manufacturing environment with gowning requirements, manual handling, and long standing periods.
