The Community Learning Disability Nursing service for Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross has a permanent position for a suitably qualified learning disability nurse.
This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced nurse to work as part of a service that supports individuals with a learning disability across their lifespan, covering a large remote and rural geographical area, with the potential challenges this can present.
You will provide an innovative community nursing service for people with a Learning Disability in close collaboration with their family, carers, community learning disability team colleagues and other agencies within the defined geographical area of Skye, Lochalsh and Wester Ross.
You would be based in Skye and will work across Skye and Lochalsh as a whole.
You must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
This position will consider newly registered Nurses or those who will be registered in the near future and will be supported accordingly.
