The Role
* Lead pricing and optimisation initiatives end-to-end
* Analyse customer behaviour and price sensitivity using advanced modelling
* Improve customer lifetime value, retention, and trading performance
* Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
* Support fair value outcomes for customers
* Mentor analysts and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Requirements
* Strong experience in insurance pricing (senior/lead level)
* Expertise in risk/demand modelling and statistical techniques
* Experience leading projects or mentoring analysts
* Tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS (desirable)
* Exposure to machine learning techniques
