The role of the Practice Operations Manager is vital to the smooth running of the practice. Working closely with the partners you will be the first point of contact for all staff in the practice, you will ensure all day to day operations are running smoothly.
Main duties of the job
The Practice Operations Manager will line manage all staff in the practice and perform all line management duties for all staff.
The Practice Operations Manager provides support to the team members and develops new ways of working and systems to improve access for patients to the practice.

Job responsibilities
To manage and coordinate all aspects of organisationfunctionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency, ensuringthe organisation achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe andeffective working environment.
Throughinnovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting ED&I, SHEF, qualityand continuous improvement, confidentiality, collaborative working, servicedelivery, learning and development and ensure the organisation complies withCQC regulations
