We are inviting applications for the role of Receptionist/Admin Assistant in the Coastal Properties Team at the Southwold Caravan Site.
Your role
The post holder will work within the Coastal Properties team of Property and Place, managing the Southwold Caravan Site. The role demands an agile working approach, practicality, and the ability to positively represent our coastal property assets and services throughout the year.
Key responsibilities include: greeting customers; handling enquiries in person, by phone, and email; processing caravan and camp site bookings; administering booking records, including website system usage; accepting in‑person electronic payments; presenting the site and associated areas; resolving issues using initiative; and supporting daily operations throughout the busy season.
Working hours are variable across the year to meet seasonal demand and may extend up to 37 hours during peak months. Weekend and bank‑holiday working may be required.
What you will need
* Flexible to respond to seasonal service demands
* Excellent communication skills, care, attention to detail, and accuracy
* Office experience and awareness of Health & Safety, welfare, maintenance, and repair
