Manufacturing Engineer - Initial 12 month contract
Salary: £32.47 DOE (Umbrella)
Location: Renfrew
Third and final position to fil
As a Manufacturing Engineer you will be doing:
* Take a 'Zero Defects' approach in all day to day activities.
* Develop, implement, validate, maintain and continuously improve manufacturing processes
* Create, maintain and/or govern elements which clearly define the manufacturing process and control them effectively.
* Capture, analyse and use data to demonstrate and improve manufacturing processes.
Experience and skillset - Manufacturing Engineer
* Qualified to HNC level in an Engineering subject or with experience
* Computer literate and able to communicate effectively at all levels on technical issues.
* General awareness of Manufacturing Systems
* 'Lean Principles' understanding
* Continuous Improvement mindset
* Ability to read technical drawings related to manufacturing/repair process.
