We are seeking a Candidate Resourcer to join our team. This role is based in Hammersmith with a salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 + commission.
About the Company:
Founded over 20 years ago, our client is a bespoke recruitment agency specializing in staffing for high-net-worth individuals in the UK and abroad. Our staff include maternity nurses, nannies, housekeepers, estate managers, chefs, and chauffeurs.
The Role:
The Candidate Resourcer will support onboarding for either the household team (housekeepers and nannies) or the private staff team (PAs, chauffeurs, chefs, house managers, etc.). Responsibilities include:
1. Review new candidate applications and conduct registration interviews.
2. Build relationships with registered candidates, checking in regularly to update their status.
3. Perform candidate compliance checks, such as right to work and references.
4. Coordinate with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and source candidates actively.
5. Update candidate records.
6. Suggest suitable candidates to consultants for vacancies.
7. Generate new business by calling references.
About You:
* Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing skills and attention to detail.
* Confident telephone manner.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative.
* Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel; training on CRM will be provided.
* Genuine desire to provide outstanding service internally and externally.
* Good memory for previous candidates.
