Candidates interested in the role of bar Manager should have:
Previous bar management experience with a proven track record of delivering outstanding drinks.
The necessary passion and knowledge to create and to train others in the creation of superb cocktails
Commercial and financial awareness the ability to managing costs and drive sales
Wines knowledge - intermediate or higher training an advantage
Experience with new openings is an advantage but not essential
