More about your role This is a Fixed Term opportunity until September 2027 You will play a key role in shaping how we use people data and learning systems across the business. As our People Data and Learning Systems Manager, you will lead a team that effective ly manages our Learning Management System (Places Academy) and associated digital learning content. You will also be responsible for fulfilling all requirements relating to People Data requests. You will oversee system administration, lead projects to improve and implement system changes, and manage a small team to deliver high-quality data, reporting and learning system support. Working closely with stakeholders across People, IT and the wider business, you will translate requirements into practical solutions, using data and insights to support informed decision-making. Essential Criteria Proven experience working with a variety of systems, ideally a learning management system (LMS) Strong analytical skills and extremely comfortable and competent with the use of data to turn insights into clear recommendations Demonstrable project management experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams as well as manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
