The engineering department is well resourced and structured, providing a stable environment for contract staff to focus on teaching, learner support, and assessment. This contract role is designed to support the delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes. You will act as a programme tutor for a designated learner caseload, deliver engaging practical and theory sessions, and support learners to achieve qualifications and progress into industry or further study. Schemes of work and teaching resources are already in place to help you deliver effectively. The Role Deliver Electrical Installation teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 programmes Act as programme tutor for a designated learner group Use existing lesson plans and schemes of work aligned to awarding body standards Assess learner work, track progress, and provide constructive feedback Support learner engagement, behaviour, and attendance Maintain accurate records including registers and learner progress The Person Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or equivalent Minimum Level 2 maths and English Strong practical knowledge of electrical installation and current industry practice Experience teaching in FE or demonstrable potential to deliver high-quality sessions Confident managing learners in classroom and workshop settings Reference: BBBH268615 Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
