We are working with a leading consultancy on an exciting opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to lead complex client implementation projects, translating scheme rules into system solutions and ensuring accurate delivery within agreed timelines.
You will be working with data and configuration teams, the role combines technical pensions expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support pension scheme implementation projects
* Act as deputy to the Implementation Manager and escalation point
* Interpret legislation, scheme rules, and client requirements into operational solutions
* Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and mitigate risks
* Mentor and coach colleagues, driving best practice
Skills and Experience
* Strong technical knowledge of DB, DC, CARE schemes and annuities
* Proven stakeholder and project management skills
* Analytical, process-driven, and detail-focused
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* Experience in a project environment
