Building Control Support Assistant
Part Time – 18.5 hours per week
Salary: Grade 3, £24,404 - £24,790 per annum pro rata (pay award pending)

We are investing in our Building Control service in order to deliver our corporate priorities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well organised and self-motivated individual who can work as part of a team but also individually using their own initiative to take up this role.
You will be required to work to deadlines, therefore you must have good time management skills. You will provide technical and administrative support to the Building Control team and therefore a Level 2 or 3 Building Control Technical Administration Certificate would be highly advantageous. You will need to have an extensive understanding of Microsoft Office products and electronic document management systems. You must have excellent communication skills to deal with a wide range of customers, including the public, building contractors and professionals.
