Joining our friendly and hardworking family as an Yard Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.
What will I be doing?
No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with customers by delivering high standards of service; being helpful and friendly at all times, often getting to know customers on a first-name basis.
* Working outdoors, processing customer orders, loading and unloading vehicles.
* Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately recording them in the branch warehouse.
* Experience with a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided.
* Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment to ensure safety standards are upheld.
What skills do you need?
This is a key customer-facing role; you need to be able to provide great customer service. We can teach you the rest.
