This highly regarded organisation is renowned for its commitment to excellence and is now seeking a motivated professional to enhance its customer experience function. The Role
In this position, you'll play a vital part in ensuring customers receive outstanding support for their savings products. Responsibilities include:
* Delivering excellent service and support across a range of savings-related queries and transactions.
* Accurately processing account openings, closures, and amendments.
* Managing customer correspondence efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Investigating and resolving issues or complaints with professionalism and care.
* Staying informed about current savings products to provide accurate, up-to-date advice.
The Person
The ideal candidate will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in a professional, financial, or banking environment. You will also demonstrate:
* Proven experience in customer service, ideally within financial services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail with solid problem-solving capabilities.
* Confidence using CRM systems and financial software.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Awareness of financial regulations and compliance processes (desired).
* Minimum of 6 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including English and Maths (essential).
The Package
