Key Responsibilities:
* Refine systems and methods to continually improve production scheduling for the most efficient plans.
* Work proactively with Demand and Supply teams to ensure alignment with the MPS signal and communicate deviations.
* Liaise with Supply Planning on constraints impacting the MPS.
* Deputise for the Production Scheduling Manager during absences.
* Support day-to-day activities alongside the Production Scheduling Manager.
* Monitor 'low life' stock and collaborate with the demand team to resolve issues.
* Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.
* Review and adapt to changes in customer priorities.
* Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams for seamless operations.
* Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Good knowledge of a supply chain environment
* Experience in production planning
* Key User in M3
* Attention to detail and high standards
* Self-motivated with ability to meet tight deadlines
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Adaptability and responsiveness to change
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
