L&D Lead – Agile & Lean £50K-£60K Basic Salary Wales (1 x a week) Our client, a well-established business, is seeking an L&D Lead with a focus on Agile and Lean to shape the future of business agility and learning. This role sits at the heart of their L&D function, acting as a centre of excellence for Agile, Lean, and complementary practices. You’ll design strategic learning pathways, provide expert coaching, and drive cultural transformation across the organisation.
