Position Overview
Internal Sales Person at Macclesfield branch of Rexel.
* Provide excellent customer service to key customers via phone, face‑to‑face in branch, or email to drive customer loyalty.
* Maintain a live portfolio of current customers while proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts.
* Be the first point of call for key account clients.
* Understand individual client requirements, build rapport, and grow the client portfolio.
* Support the wider branch team by serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in the warehouse to ensure orders are completed on time.

Ideally you will have experience of working in a highly competitive customer‑focused role, comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets. You are customer‑centric, a self‑starter, enjoy developing business through face‑to‑face and phone relationships, and become a subject‑matter expert for your customers. You have a flexible approach, can work under pressure, and identify business opportunities.
