What you'll be doing:
* Leading the Lettings Department, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
* Working closely with our Admin and Sales teams to ensure a joined-up approach across the business.
* Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with landlords and investors.
* Driving lead generation and winning new business opportunities (with commission available).
* Supporting BRH's property acquisition and growth strategy.
* Conducting annual review meetings with landlords and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
* Overseeing property management activities, including maintenance, viewings, and handovers.
* Managing client issues with professionalism, diplomacy, and a solution-focused mindset.
* Ensuring processes are followed consistently and standards remain high.
What we're looking for:
* At least 5 years' experience in a senior lettings or property management role.
* A proven track record of leading teams or departments.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, "can-do" approach.
* Someone collaborative, approachable, and a great team player.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Confident in generating leads and developing new business.
* Organised, adaptable, and able to keep multiple priorities moving.
