Position Description: MALIN+GOETZ is seeking dynamic Part-Time Department Store Representatives who are focused, motivated, and assertive to join our team as selling support.
Ideal candidates are passionate about people, skincare, and MALIN+GOETZ, with a desire to grow within the company. This role aims to maximize sales, provide training, education, merchandising, and explore new opportunities for long-term advancement.
Our representatives understand and appreciate MALIN+GOETZs culture, strengths, and mission, and focus on building relationships and growing our business.
You should be an independent, self-starting, persuasive, and articulate individual, focused on achieving sales goals within our company parameters.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales: Drive daily store sales, proactively reaching targets and goals, monitoring performance via KPIs like average spend and sign-up rate.
2. Operating the Till System efficiently.
3. Staying updated on product launches, promotions, and offers.
4. Recognizing marketing opportunities to increase brand awareness and sales.
Customer Service:
1. Respond to customer inquiries, recommending products and routines based on their needs.
2. Sample products to customers to build their regimen.
3. Provide engaging product demonstrations and consultations.
4. Build and maintain a network of loyal clients through communication and personalized service.
Store Maintenance & Procedures:
1. Flexible scheduling and availability for retail hours.
2. Handle sales transactions accurately.
3. Adhere to company policies on returns, banking, inventory, and reporting.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Experience & Skills:
1. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
2. Self-motivated, independent, and goal-oriented.
3. Ability to adapt communication and sales approach to different customers.
4. Creative in developing strategies to increase business.
5. Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities. The work environment is typically moderate noise, requiring standing, walking, and the use of hands and vision.
