Sales and Marketing Manager - Choice Textile Ltd

Location: Office based (London NW10), with client/event travel

Job Type: Full-time

Choice Textile Ltd is a leading recycling group based in Park Royal, London, employing approximately 100 staff. We work with an extensive network of charity shops and commercial partners across the UK and internationally. With sustainability, reuse, and recycling at the heart of our mission, we are expanding our reach and impact at a time of growing demand for sustainable solutions.

We are now seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen our client engagement, and lead our marketing activity.


Primary Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

* Lead B2B sales activity, identifying, pursuing, and securing new domestic and international clients.
* Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with charity shops, commercial partners, and other stakeholders.
* Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, reporting regularly on performance and KPIs.
* Negotiate sales contracts and agreements.

Presentations, Webinars & Events

* Create and deliver impactful presentations to clients, stakeholders, and industry audiences.
* Host webinars to share industry updates, sustainability insights, and company-specific information.
* Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to raise our profile and build connections.

Marketing & Communications

* Manage and grow Choice Textile’s presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
* Update and develop engaging content for the company website, blogs, and digital campaigns.
* Produce newsletters, case studies, and thought leadership content to showcase our sustainability expertise.
* Ensure brand consistency across all communications and promotional materials.

Market Research & Strategy

* Research market trends, competitors, and client needs to inform strategies.
* Provide insights to the leadership team on emerging opportunities and sector developments.
* Contribute to the design and delivery of marketing campaigns and business growth strategies.


Person Specification

* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales, marketing, or business development role, ideally in B2B.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong digital marketing and social media management skills.
* Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
* High energy, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Experience in the recycling, sustainability, or environmental sectors.
* Familiarity with charity sector clients.
