The job
The Business Analyst is responsible for designing, certifying, and implementing solutions to address client needs (business), using ABP standard methods, techniques, and the correct tools, to support clients achieve their outcomes by providing support on improving business efficiency. The Business Analyst plays a key role in successfully delivering, with minor supervision form senior lead, integrated business automation solutions for our customers. Reports to CSO.
Main responsibilities
* Responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business;
* Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business;
* Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders;
* Utilize data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations;
* Makes sure the internal systems conform to the requirements of the International Organization for Standardization - ISO.
Must Haves
* Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and derive insights to make informed decisions;
* Project Management Skills: Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to effectively manage tasks, timelines, and resources;
* Communication Skills: Clear and concise communication is essential for gathering requirements, conveying findings, and collaborating with stakeholders;
* Documentation Skills: Proficiency in creating clear and organized documentation such as business requirements documents, functional specifications, and user stories;
* Proven experience as a business analyst;
* Written and spoken proficiency in English;
* Availability to travel;
* Strong communication & collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
* Experience of lean process improvement/relevant consulting practices;
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Electronics, or a related field.
* Familiarity with Chatbots, Virtual Agents
* Self-learning capability.
