ASSISTANT GYM COACH Casual contract Grade 4 - £12.55 per hour Are you passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Casual Assistant Gym Coach to join our team! What We’re Looking For: • A passion for fitness and a desire to help others improve their health and well-being • Previous experience or training in fitness coaching (preferred but not essential) • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills • Ability to assist clients in achieving their personal fitness goals • Flexible availability for casual hours (weekends, evenings, or weekdays) What You’ll Do: • Support clients during training sessions with personalised tips and guidance • Help maintain a safe and motivating environment in the gym • Assist with setting up and demonstrating equipment • Complete inductions for new members • Provide feedback on progress and encourage clients to stay on track LiFE Multi Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
