We're seeking talented individuals to weld steel of various thicknesses using MIG techniques. Your role will involve maintaining high standards of work, interpreting engineering drawings accurately, and adapting to new skills as needed. Welder/Fabricator Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform MIG welding on steel of different thicknesses
2. Prior experience of structural steel desirable.
3. Maintain high workmanship standards
4. Interpret engineering drawings accurately
5. Be flexible and eager to learn new skills
6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
7. Collaborate effectively within a team
8. Uphold excellent timekeeping and attendance
Welder/Fabricator Requirements:
9. Previous experience in a similar role preferred
10. City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Welding and Fabrication desirable but not essential
11. Positive attitude towards timekeeping and attendance
