Ford-Werke GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Ford Motor Company, is looking for an exceptional Motion Design professional. You will be a key member of the forward-looking team creating next-level in-vehicle digital experiences. Collaborating with coders and designers (2D, 3D, UX, UI), you will conceive sophisticated systems that infuse our vehicle ecosystems. Are you ready to engage, iterate, and innovate in a department at the forefront of automotive revolution?
Key Responsibilities
* Produce nuanced, highly crafted motion and behavioral artifacts using Unreal Engine, C4D, Houdini, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to support our global UX vision.
* Visualize interaction flows and in-vehicle changes to support internal communication.
* Translate motion design into technical specifications to aid development teams in implementation.
Your Profile
* Foundation in human-centered design thinking, techniques, and philosophy.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills for our fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in English; German is a plus.
* Experience in storyboarding, video editing, audio production, and a background or strong interest in UI design.
* Ability to prototype in HTML/CSS/JS; experience with gaming engines is a plus.
* Experience working freelance, in an agency, or in a startup is preferred.
Note: Automotive background is NOT required.
