We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic Customer Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic developmental role where you will support a Customer Development Manager, gain invaluable hands-on experience with major retail accounts, and build a strong foundation for a successful career in commercial sales.

What You'll Do: Your Learning and Impact

You will be an essential part of the team, providing crucial support while learning the ropes of commercial strategy. You will:

* Support Your Portfolio: Assist in the day-to-day management of a portfolio of consumer products, helping the team to achieve its sales and margin targets.
* Help Build Key Partnerships: Be a key point of contact for our retail partners, supporting the preparation for meetings, helping to update Joint Business Plans (JBPs), and building your own network.
* Develop Data-Driven Skills: Use business and sales data to track performance, identify trends, and contribute to building powerful, fact-based selling stories and recommendations.
* Contribute to Forecasting: Play a key role in the demand planning process by ensuring data accuracy and collaborating with our supply chain and retailer contacts to support an accurate forecast.
* Drive Collaboration: Work closely with our fantastic Digital, Shopper Marketing, and eCommerce teams to help execute best-in-class online campaigns and promotional events.
* Master Operational Excellence: Gain experience in processing invoices, tracking trade spend, and working with our internal teams to ensure smooth new product launches.
