Job Title: Workshop Manager
Salary: £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
Location: Petworth
Company vehicle provided – 100% off the tools
Responsibilities
* Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility
* Ensure a comprehensive hand over and coordination across shifts
* Support, advise and manage a team of engineers and support staff
* Ensure smooth running of the workshop
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong engineering background
* Knowledge of employment, safety, and environmental legislation
* A professional qualification would be desirable or equivalent company‑recognised qualification
* Must attend regular face‑to‑face review meetings, and demonstrate a professional manner, can‑do attitude and good communication skills
