Responsibilities
1. Lead the development and delivery of structured learning pathways for experienced staff, focusing on behavioural development.
2. Collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted development interventions.
3. Monitor programme effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and business impact metrics.
4. Continuously refine learning offerings based on learner feedback, business needs, and external benchmarking.
5. Implement blended learning approach. Working with team members to produce e-learning.
6. Work closely with team administrators to ensure the business is utilising the LMS effectively.
7. Support the technical training team by providing behavioural training thatpliments technical learning pathways.
Key Skills & Experience
8. Strong learning design & delivery skills.
9. High level of proficiency with MS Office and LMS.
10. Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills.
11. A proactive and can-do attitude to work.
12. Relevant qualification in Learning or Coaching is desirable.
13. Experience working in professional services is desirable.
