We’re looking for someone who is confident on the phone and enjoys speaking with people in a business setting for our client who are on a huge growth trajectory within the building automation and smart home space!
As a Lead Development Executive, your job is to speak with potential B2B customers, understand what they need, and move the conversation forward to a clear next step. This could be booking a meeting, passing them to the next stage, or helping them understand if the solution is right for them.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Speaking to inbound and outbound leads over the phone
* Asking questions to understand what the customer needs
* Identifying whether there’s a good fit
* Moving conversations towards a clear next step
* Keeping records up to date in the CRM system
* Following up with leads where needed
* Working closely with your manager to improve results
What We’re Looking For
* Confident speaking on the phone
* Experience in sales, lead generation, or telesales
* Good communication and listening skills
* Organised and able to manage your own workload
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Motivated and willing to learn
Useful (but not essential)
* B2B sales experience
* Experience in a phone-based role
* CRM system experience
* Interest in technology or construction
