Supporting Payroll to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time, taking the lead on large scale redundancy program and intercompany recharges.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage payroll activities related to large-scale redundancy programs, including statutory payments, severance calculations, and compliance with employment legislation.
Support the processing of payroll accurately and on time for all employees
Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
Ensure all eligible employees are enrolled in the Company Pension Scheme (Legal & General).
Provide data for Life Insurance, Private Health Insurance, P11D's

Knowledge & Experience:
Demonstrated experience in managing payroll for large-scale redundancy programs.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
The ability to work to strict deadlines and remain calm in stressful situations
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (Specifically ADP).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
