As the Planning Surveyor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Planning Surveyor, will be responsible for: * Conduct site surveys and planning appraisals to assess project feasibility. * Prepare and manage planning applications from inception to approval and appeal. * Provide expert planning advice to stakeholders across multiple programmes. * Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. * Manage delivery activity directly and through third-party suppliers. To be successful for this Planning Surveyor role you must have: * Proven experience in planning within the Telecoms sector. * Strong working knowledge of the General Permitted Development Order (GPDO) and its application in telecoms. * Familiarity with the Electronic Communications Code and its influence on planning and legal outcomes. * A collaborative team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. * Ability to work across multiple client programmes and manage competing priorities.
