Hours required are variable (typically 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday during harvest preparation / training but moving to 12 hour shifts at the busiest times. Night shift may be required)
* Shed cleaning and preparation.
* Operation of grain dryers, and monitoring of drying process.
* Movement of grain around site using shunters and wheeled loading shovels.
* Assisting in all general site maintenance tasks.
Key requirements:
* Flexibility with working hours.
* Reliable and self-motivated.
* Good team player.
* Be able to work without supervision.

* Experience of working for a Certified B Corporation accredited company.
* Guaranteed full time work in the harvest period.
* You would gain some valuable experience of a busy working environment with involvement in risk assessments and standard operating procedures.
