Pay: £12.00 per hour plus additional payments for overtime.
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off including weekends and bank holidays. (Days/Nights 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM / 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM) Overtime Available (Shift premium on night hours)

What will you do?
As a Security Officer at Alloga, you will embody our core values and uphold high standards of security across our sites. You will be a crucial part of our dedicated team, ensuring the safety of our products, employees, and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain high standards of access and egress control to the site.
2. Continuously monitor and operate critical site applications, including CCTV, Fire, and Intruder systems.
3. Conduct internal and external patrols, incorporating staff and vehicle searches.
4. Produce accurate reports and communicate effectively via email and telephone.

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is always aware of their surroundings and possesses excellent communication skills to foster collaboration across various teams.
Key Skills & Attributes:
5. Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a heavy logistics and warehousing environment.
6. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
7. Assertive yet motivational team player.
8. Experience in a security lead role is advantageous.
9. SIA licence holder is a plus.

Additional Pay:
16. Overtime rate after 39 hours: Time + half = £18
17. Double time on Sundays = £24 (Sunday must be the 5th day of the week)
18. Night shift premium of 1/3 (£3.73 per hour) for night shifts only.
