Optimise workflows across development, production, post-production, and distribution, working with teams to ensure that they are aligned and resourced. Collaborate cross team to design and implement scalable processes that work for a creative, fast-moving environment without adding friction. Facilitate operational excellence, identifying bottlenecks, improving systems, and ensuring our teams have the tools they need to do their best work. Oversee and support delivery schedules, timelines, and cross-team coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects. Champion quality and consistency across the full content slate, ensuring outputs reflect Goalhanger’s standards and values. Manage relationships with external partners, freelance content producers, studios, and suppliers, ensuring efficiency and smooth collaboration. Have an existing deep network of freelance content producers to draw from. Build and nurture an environment where creative teams can thrive, balancing structure with flexibility. Requirements What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience leading operations in a creator tech, content, production, media, or creative environment. Proven experience implementing and optimising content operations and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion, Airtable, StudioBinder), using new and emerging software to scale workflows, track delivery, and support cross-functional teams - the ability to gain cross team buy in is key. Strong operational and organisational skills, with a track record of delivering complex content pipelines smoothly. An ability to balance building systems with practical, hands-on problem-solving. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, people trust you and enjoy working with you. A deep appreciation of creativity, storytelling, and the realities of making great content. Comfort operating in a fast-growing, high-autonomy environment with evolving needs. A knack for clarity, calmness, and good judgement, especially when things get busy.
