Summary

As a Treasury Risk Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s treasury and finance functions by helping identify, monitor, and manage financial risks related to liquidity, interest rates, and foreign exchange. You will contribute to the independent review and enhancement of the liquidity risk management framework, supporting regulatory compliance, governance, and effective risk reporting.

In this role, you’ll work closely with Treasury, Finance, and other cross-functional teams, as well as global stakeholders, to deliver analytical insights and process improvements that strengthen the company’s financial resilience. Your work will directly support informed decision-making and help ensure the organization maintains a strong and well-controlled risk profile as it continues to grow.

Responsibilities

1. Support the independent review and challenge of the company’s liquidity risk framework, including data, metrics, limits, and reporting effectiveness.

2. Assist in the calibration of liquidity risk limits and perform independent reviews of the liquidity risk management framework.

3. Monitor and report on liquidity risks, interest rate risk, and foreign exchange risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.

4. Conduct liquidity stress testing and provide oversight for related reporting and governance processes.

5. Perform analyses and document processes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the treasury risk management framework.

6. Support critical, high-impact projects that influence the company’s financial results and risk profile.

7. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, global business partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and accurate communication on risk matters.

Qualifications

8. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.

9. Minimum of 2 years of experience in risk management, with exposure to treasury functions preferred.

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

11. Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices related to treasury and financial risk management.

12. Knowledge of treasury management systems and financial instruments, with an understanding of balance sheet dynamics.

13. Solid understanding of financial markets and instruments, including their impact on organizational risk and liquidity.

14. Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international operating environment.

15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and geographies.

16. Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
