The role:
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Technical Recruitment Consultant to join our well-established EPC-focused recruitment team. This is an opportunity to work on a warm desk with access to established key accounts, while also developing new client relationships across the technical and engineering market.
The successful candidate will come from a technical or engineering recruitment background and bring proven 360 recruitment experience, including business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working and filling technical white collar engineering vacancies
* Hiring for roles such as Process Engineers, Completion Managers and other specialist technical and EPC-related positions
* Develop and grow relationships with both existing clients and new business prospects
* Quickly build credibility with senior stakeholders, hiring managers, and technical candidates
* Proactively engage with clients and candidates via phone, networking, and relationship-led business development
* Understand detailed and technically challenging job specifications
* Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple engineering disciplines
Candidate Profile:
* Previous experience of working on technical / engineering roles (EPC experience)
* Strong 360 recruitment and business development capability
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and picking up the phone
* Able to generate enthusiasm and create strong engagement with clients and candidates
* Commercially aware, proactive, and relationship-driven
* Comfortable working on complex technical assignments and white-collar recruitment projects
