Description Residential Operations Manager The Royce is seeking an experienced and values-driven Residential Operations Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality operational and hospitality services within our residential aged care community. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and exceptional delivery of all non-clinical services, supporting residents to live with dignity, comfort and connection every day. Working closely with the Facility Manger (Care) and reporting to the Aged Care General Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring our services align with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and reflect The Royce values of Respect, Compassion, Integrity, Excellence and Community. About the Role As the Residential Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate a broad range of operational services across the facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming and high-performing environment for residents, families and staff. You will oversee: Hospitality services including catering, cleaning and laundry Service Environment and facility operations Workforce coordination and rostering Customer service and front-of-house operations Lifestyle and resident engagement programs Admissions support and occupancy management Operational compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operational delivery of hospitality, lifestyle, service environment and facility services Oversee workforce rostering, staffing allocations and agency usage Support recruitment, onboarding and staff development activities Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Act, Strengthened Quality Standards, WHS and IPC requirements Manage contractor and supplier performance, including contractor services Support audits, regulatory reviews and continuous improvement programs Contribute to outbreak response and operational support during incidents Monitor operational budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement Drive customer experience, family engagement and admissions support Lead and develop teams while promoting a positive and respectful culture About You You are an experienced operational leader who thrives in a complex service environment and is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians.
