The FP&A Business Analyst will be responsible for monthly consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial data and other KPIs across global business units. This role will focus on developing and implementing process improvements to drive value across the organization. The Business Analyst will be an administrative super-user of the financial consolidation system, IBM Cognos Analytics. The role is also responsible for ad-hoc analysis and reporting of SG&A expenses, product sales volume, order trends, working capital, and other key operational metrics to support organizational decision makers. Analysis and Reporting of Financial Results and Key Performance Indicators * Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities * Communicate with global finance teams to understand business operations and financial results * Build and maintain tools, analytics, and reports to support financial and operational personnel * Support global teams in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of monthly and annual forecasts * Support Financial and Operational teams through ad hoc reporting and analysis Data Maintenance, Validation, and Consolidation * Monitor data flow through systems to ensure accuracy and completeness * Act as system administrator, super-user, and basic IT support for Cognos Analytics * Serve as liaison between Finance and IT teams to foster collaboration and resolve data-related issues
