We’re working with a rapidly expanding healthcare organisation that is looking to appoint an FP&A Manager to take a leading role in how the business plans, analyses, and understands its financial performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys shaping processes, building meaningful insight, and partnering closely with senior leadership.
As FP&A Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the organisation’s budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and performance reporting. You’ll lead a small team, work directly with senior decision‑makers, and play a key role in supporting both corporate functions and clinical divisions.
You’ll also have significant involvement in the organisation’s joint venture portfolio — ensuring reporting is consistent, commercially aligned, and supports strong partner relationships. What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading the annual budget cycle and ongoing reforecasting
* Building and maintaining financial models for planning and scenario analysis
* Producing monthly performance reporting with clear, actionable insight
* Managing cash flow forecasting and monitoring banking covenants
* Developing KPI dashboards for both corporate and JV performance
* Partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to support decision‑making
* Overseeing financial performance across multiple joint ventures
* Supporting strategic initiatives such as pricing reviews, capital investment cases and service development
What You Bring
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
* Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience post‑qualification
* Excellent financial modelling capability and comfort working with complex data
* Experience managing budgeting and forecasting cycles
* Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
* A proactive mindset with a track record of improving processes
* Experience with planning tools (Anaplan a bonus)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
