Weekend Work - HGV Class 1 Driver - Newton Aycliffe | Immediate Starts The Best Connection are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for our client based in Newton Aycliffe. We have day and night weekend work available, offering flexible opportunities for experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers seeking ongoing employment. The Role: General haulage deliveries and collections RDC and nationwide deliveries Completing vehicle checks and paperwork Maintaining high levels of professionalism and safety Start times vary depending on shift Requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 (CE) licence Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card Good communication skills Minimum 1 year's Class 1 driving experience A reliable and professional attitude Pay Rates: Nights: £16.00 per hour Saturday: £18.00 per hour Sunday: £19.00 per hour Benefits Weekly pay Holiday accrual Pension contributions 24/7 support from The Best Connection team Ongoing work Flexible shift patterns Additional shifts available If you are an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for weekend work, we would like to hear from you.
