Position objective:
The key purpose of the role is to support the hiring of laboratory scientists and other related roles in the Life Science, Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, FMCG, Food & Drink, and Clinical industries.We have an existing client base with a regular flow of roles in this team, so as an experienced Recruitment Consultant you will not have to waste time cold calling for new business, with no sales aspect to this role.

Key responsibilities:
Recruitment
* Generate and effectively manage a candidate pipeline.
* Build relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Qualify roles, fully briefing with stakeholders.
* Work in a consultative way with your clients, educating and advising on the current market.
* Regular engagement with clients and Managed Service Providers to maintain the current job flow.
* Support candidates through the recruitment process: CV advice, interview organisation, interview preparation, provision of feedback, management of the offer process, salary negotiation, pre and post start check in.

Work experience and attributes:
Essential:
* Ideally degree in a STEM subject preferred or scientific experience.
* Previous experience in recruitment preferred, but not essential.
