Who We're Looking For
You have extensive experience in B2B sales, understanding that trust, relevance, and timing are key to attracting the best clients. You know how to prospect ethically, shape deals effectively, and stay motivated even when easy leads are exhausted.
Responsibilities
* Building a strong personal pipeline through targeted outreach, supported by marketing leads and warm introductions
* Qualifying and shaping sales opportunities
* Leading discovery, solution design, and pitch presentations
* Collaborating with the Business Development Director, Bid Manager, Operations team, and CEO to close profitable work
* Aiming to achieve a £2m revenue target and demonstrating that values-based selling is commercially effective
