The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional first impressions when welcoming our new colleagues, providing them with the skills and knowledge to fulfil their roles.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and deliver engaging and motivational inductions and training that inspires new colleagues to achieve success
2. Utilise a variety of instructional techniques to ensure a dynamic and inclusive learning environment
3. Evaluate the effectiveness of current inductions and training sessions suggesting any improvements
4. Research and write engaging training content for both a virtual and classroom delivery
5. Coach and develop colleagues during 1-2-1 support sessions
6. Effectively communicate and positively promote organisational changes
7. Demonstrate a high level of competency with department and company technology
8. Be able to self-reflect and identify areas for personal development
9. Liaise and build relationships with all areas of the business
10. Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and attention to detail
11. Display a motivated ‘can do’ attitude, and strive for excellence
12. Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Essential qualifications & experience
20. Previous experience of working in the travel industry
21. Qualifications & experience desirable but not essential
22. Experience of coaching
23. Level 3 + qualification in education and training
24. Experience of working with people from diverse backgrounds
25. Previous training experience of classroom/remote delivery
