Responsibilities
* Lead Engagement: Foster strong relationships with specialist education and short breaks providers to support market development and collaboration.
* Market Analysis: Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for growth within the provider market.
* Support Development: Assist in the creation and enhancement of new and existing provisions.
* Market Position Statements: Produce, maintain, and publish comprehensive Market Position Statements.
* Commissioner Support: Provide market intelligence, advice, and engage with providers to support commissioners.
* Promote Quality: Advocate for safeguarding, quality assurance, and service user participation across commissioned provisions.
Qualifications
* A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent recent and relevant experience.
* In‑depth knowledge of legislation relating to social care, SEND and education.
* Experience in quality assurance or contract management methodologies.

* Communicates effectively, engaging and motivating diverse audiences.
* Utilises performance data and stakeholder feedback to drive service improvements.
* Exhibits resilience, personal accountability, and a commitment to service excellence.
