Job Purpose
Responsible on material demand loading, material master maintenance, product BOM, SAP material and planning related data maintenance and supply chain impact analysis
May coach Junior Material Planners
Job Description
1. Responsible for creating and maintaining material master data and product BOMs at components level.
2. Responsible on placing orders for internal and external procurement based on Project Make & Buy Strategy.
3. Support and guide other product line functions (engineering, supply chain, production etc.) in areas related to SAP use of Master Data, BOM, MRP and other SAP functions and processes, to ensure best practice according to TFMC processes.
4. Responsible in generating material status report, update in Procurement Plan on regular basis and properly communicated with project team.
5. Responsible for analysing supply chain impact of engineering changes and communicating those impacts to Project Stakeholder i.e Buyer, REMS, Project Package responsible.
6. Coordinate with inter-company planners for excess stock management.
7. Arrange and follow up with project logistic on materials movement.
8. Request and follow up with ATS (authorization to ship) team on dropship arrangement, assist ATS team on Virtual Good Receipt process.
9. Perform work in accordance with TechnipFMC policies and procedures.
10. Contribute to departmental knowledge sharing session
11. Contribute to departmental SSI (simplification, standardization and industralization) initiatives
12. May coach/advise junior Material Planners on all product groups

Must have:
13. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
14. More than 8 years hands-on material planning experience in Oil & Gas project environment
15. Proficient in SAP Materials Management system
16. Skills and experience in using MS Words and Excel
17. Knowledge on Primavera P6
18. Proficient in English
