Your Role & Impact
As a Level 4 Diploma Qualified Paraplanner, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality financial advice, ensuring every recommendation is tailored to meet the unique needs of clients. Your expertise will directly influence financial strategies and long-term client success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support Financial Planners.
* Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and financial plans.
* Ensure recommendations align with client objectives and FCA compliance.
* Use advanced financial planning tools (e.g., Intelligent Office, FE Analytics, Cashflow Modelling).
* Maintain a proactive approach to industry developments and technical advancements.
What We’re Looking For:
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards Chartered).
* Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning.
* Experience in writing suitability reports and conducting technical analysis.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for high-quality financial advice.
* Familiarity with financial planning platforms and cashflow modelling software.
