ISS Facility Services are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Asset Manager to join their growing Account Team, reporting directly to the Technical Director.
This critical role leads the asset management function across performance, quality, financial stewardship, and long-term strategy.
Job Description
You will manage a team of Asset Managers and work closely with the Data Management function to ensure asset risk management and asset lifecycle processes are fully embedded across the account.
This role requires strong leadership, deep technical FM expertise, and excellent working knowledge of asset management principles and SFG20 in a Total Facilities Management (TFM) environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of all asset management objectives, processes, and procedures.
* Own and improve asset data quality to support strategic decision-making and effective risk management.
* Oversee asset verification processes and ensure accurate, compliant asset data across the account.
* Support data analysis for the forward maintenance register to drive informed investment planning.
* Act as the subject matter expert and key liaison between FM operations, senior leadership, suppliers, and the customer.
* Ensure asset management principles are embedded across technical and operational delivery teams.
* Prepare asset collection tools and ensure alignment with regulatory and legal standards, including SFG20.
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, the customer, and external subcontractors.
* Develop and deliver long-term asset strategies and lifecycle management plans.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Proven people management experience with strong leadership capability.
* Background in Technical FM with strong understanding of asset management frameworks.
* Working knowledge and application of SFG20 in a multi-site or TFM environment.
* Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and confident in driving improvements.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent IT proficiency, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
* Must hold a full UK driving licence.
